SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

In Store Pick up / Click and Collect

In-store/click and collect is available for all purchases. Pick ups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am-6pm. Weekend pick up is available upon special request however is not guarunteed. All click and collects must be arranged with Flawless by Shelby directly via text message.

We offer various shipping options and in some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $450.

​

Expedited Shipping Fees

​

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 days transit time, $15 fee

Express Shipping: 1-2 days transit time, $25 fee

​

This does not include dispatch from the Flawless by Shelby distribution site. 
If you have placed an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

Order Dispatch

Orders will be packed during buisness hours 9am-5pm Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays and weekends. If you place an order outside of these hours or on a public holiday/weekend it will be packed during the next buisness day.

We use reasonable endeavours to pack and ship your Orders to you within the times outlined in this Policy and/or on our Site, but you agree that such time is an estimate only and is dependent on factors such as sales periods and high traffic during product launch periods, and factors outside of our control, including the capacity of our shipping partners.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

You acknowledge and agree that all information you provide to us in relation to an Order must be true and correct, including in relation to your shipping address.

If you have provided us with the incorrect shipping address for an Order, you must contact us immediately using the details at the end of this Policy. We will use all reasonable endeavours to rectify the issue, but you acknowledge and agree that if you contact us 2 or more days after the Order was placed, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

In the event that you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any Orders you do not receive, or any Orders that are otherwise lost or stolen, and we are not liable to you for any loss or damage you incur as a result of providing us with an incorrect shipping address.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunatley, not at this stage however we are working on expanding our shipping range.

wHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delievery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of the revised estimated delivery date.
