MY TOP TIPS FOR CONFIDENT STICKY REMOVAL!
🖤Work slowly - you don’t need to rush, just take your time and make sure your placement is correct.
🖤 Controlled pressure - make sure you aren’t putting any pressure directly on the clients natural lashes otherwise you can cause discomfort.
🖤 Good tweezers - good tweezer grip will make this process so much easier for yourself.

How do I create consistently crisp spikes that last?

Let me tell you! ⬇️

THE WIPSY OBSESSION!

It literally used to take me over 3 hour to do a set of wet lashes because my primer or bonded would dry too quickly and I’d have to keep stopping to re apply.

Not very practical.

Because of the consistency of this product it’s able to bond and hold the lash fibres together to create that beautiful defined spike you’re after yet it doesn’t dry out every 5 seconds!

Because you are then applying the spike to the lashes while it is in that defined spike your lash adhesive essentially locks everything in!

💡You want to keep people watching your content for as long as possible. The more people watch the more Instagram will start to push your content for you.

💡Analytics are the most underrated and underused aspect to consider when creating content. Your analytics will tell you what your audience is watching and what they like!

For this who are scared of a brow lami let’s talk about what it actually is! ⬇️

💡 A brow lamination is a two step process used to relax and reposition for the brow hairs naturally sit. This is generally followed by a hydrating solution to help moisturise the hairs.
Personally I also like to add an extra 5 minute intense hydration mask in the service.

⬇️💣 TRUTH BOMBS ABOUT BUSINESS! 💣⬇️

1. My biggest regret was not seeking help when I felt “stuck” with what to do next with my business. I feel like this stunted my growth MASSIVELY! Feeling stuck is such a normal thing when you’ve been in business for a few years. I wish business coaches were as big as they are now back then!

2. One of my biggest mistakes that impacted my revenue was not knowing when to raise my prices - I went from working 6 days to now just 3 and I make the same if not more as what I did when I was working 6.

3. Follower count doesn’t mean anything if it’s the wrong audience - I used to be very obsessive over this and felt like my business wasn’t good enough if I didn’t have a high follower count. An account with 1K followers can be busier and have a higher revenue than one with 5K followers.

3. Paid advertising can actually ruin your account - nearly restarted my page a few years ago due to doing paid advertising and my engagement being non existent.

4. Your social media analytics are the your best friend when it comes to what kind of content you make - this has been a game changer for me and the kind of content I post.

5. If you’re struggling with growing your clientele adding a new service isn’t going to change that for you. Find the issue you’re having and fix it. If your issue is utilising your social media adding a new service isn’t going to change anything because you still won’t know how to market it properly.

These are things I have all learnt through personal experience! You are not alone darling!

It is so much for than just a skill based service.

It’s being the accountant, social media manager, a friend to talk to, HR representative, marketing coordinator and everything in between!

While yes lashes are a billion dollar industry and can be very profitable it is not an “easy” job.

One aspect of the whole LASH BLINDNESS trend that I don’t feel like is being mentioned is the fact that the Wispy and Wet Lash sets that are trending at the moment isn’t a standard skill set!

CREATING HONEST RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR CLIENTS!

I always want my clients to feel 100% comfortable and safe to tell me how they feel about their lashes, if they want to change something or if they don’t like something.

At the end of the day they are the ones paying for the service so my personal opinion and preference shouldn’t really even be necessary.

Of course when it comes to lash health and safety we as the technicians should voice this to the client however when it comes to styling this really should be up to our clients!

A question I always ask clients is do you want to elongate your eyes or make them look more open and round?
This helps me decide what style to do on them but we can always tweak from there!
